This Purchase & Refund Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the purchaser (“You” or “Client”) and Visions Global LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Solutions By TJ (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), and governs your access to and use of the training program(s) and materials made available upon purchase (the “Program”).

By completing your purchase, you affirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms outlined herein, and acknowledge that your participation is based upon your own informed decision.

Upon purchase, you are granted access to the following proprietary resources and instructional content:

All Program content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. No part of the Program constitutes a guarantee of income, employment, or business success.

By completing this purchase, you affirm the following:

a. You have read all product descriptions, disclaimers, and terms of use prior to purchase.

b. You have not been coerced, pressured, or misled into this transaction.

c. You understand the nature of the training and the expectations associated with it.

d. You are not using a stolen or unauthorized payment method, nor are you acting on behalf of another person without lawful authority.

e. You understand that this is a digital educational product, and your access is personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive.

Visions Global LLC maintains a strict action-based refund policy to ensure fair treatment of all clients and protection of proprietary content.

You may be eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

i. You submit a written request for refund within thirty (30) days of the purchase date;

ii. You provide documented, verifiable proof that you have implemented the strategies taught in the Program (e.g., screenshots from Google My Business dashboard, ad campaign statistics, or related platforms);

iii. Your implementation efforts did not yield any inquiries, calls, leads, or results; and

iv. You have not accessed or consumed more than thirty percent (30%) of the course content, as measured by the membership platform’s activity tracking system.

Refunds shall not be granted in the following cases:

a. You accessed more than 30% of the training content;

b. You failed to provide evidence of implementation or made no effort to apply the training;

c. You experienced a change of mind, personal circumstances, or loss of interest;

d. You submitted a refund request without first contacting our support team to attempt a resolution; or

e. You misrepresented your purchase intent or used fraudulent means of payment.

All refund determinations are made at the sole discretion of Visions Global LLC. Refunds, when issued, will be processed using the original payment method.

You acknowledge that the success or failure of your outcomes is dependent upon your own efforts, market conditions, and other factors beyond the Company’s control. No guarantees are made regarding income, business results, or client acquisition. The Company has clearly disclosed all features and limitations of the Program, and your decision to purchase is presumed to be made with full awareness of these factors.

Failure to contact support before initiating a chargeback or refund claim through your bank may constitute a breach of this Agreement.

Visions Global LLC reserves the right to amend this Agreement, including its refund policy, at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be effective immediately upon publication and shall apply to all future transactions.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Houston, Texas.

This document constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements, representations, or discussions regarding the subject matter herein.
